Clothing and equipment
We provide the siege of the city of Soest in 1447 dar. main goal is to give it a consistent, credible overall picture.
We are aware that not all of an event of this magnitude can be cast fully equipped, or equipment that compromises must be made. Nevertheless we try together with you the presentation level as high as possible and should contain outliers.
It is important primarily the large, external appearance. As long as it is not very fashionable clothes, the clothes satisfies from 1400-1480 in our opinion, this request or can be adapted with minimal effort.
This guide is a stripped down version of the statutes of the realm clothes banns and serves you the expectations and requirements to bring the participants closer to Soest. We give you tips in advance to implement and develop custom solutions with you, but the "minimum standard" and the "NoGos" We will strictly enforce.

General
- Everything modern is to remain forever hidden. Even compared to "players"! (Example: The tent facility is up to you, but if there are sleeping in it, to the tent must be)

Men's clothing
Underpants

Shirt

Jerkin
Of wool or linen with sleeves. As a closure: buttons, hooks and eyes or fiddling. (Sleeveless doublets are called "braces" and Rüstwämsern etc. allowed to be worn but not open). The jacket should be continuous, except for really heavy physical work, about to be covered by a worn garment.
Pants / leggings
Tight-fitting wool. Both closed pants are worn as well as high leggings.

Rock

Front closure with buttons, hooks (not visible) or a Nestel above. (No clasps)
Especially popular in this particular time frame: houppelande.
Headgear
For modern hairstyles should be worn hat or cap, optional on historical hairstyles. (Very flamboyant, fashionable hats only from the target time.)
Women's clothing
Vest
Bright lines in T-shape with a round neckline, about calf length.
Dress

Overdress

For men, leather bags, women bags made of leather or fabric.
Mess kit
Knives, spoons, Holztellerchen. No olives or tropical wood
Cup of clay, wood or tin
Seat
Stool or bench made of wood. No visible screws, etc.
